Got Food Guilt?
With Spring break comes travel, and with travel comes a departure from the norm. As my clients return from their Spring break travels, many have expressed guilt about what they ate while on vacation.
What you choose to eat does not make you a good or a bad person. If what you’re eating leaves you feeling guilty, ask yourself why. Is it the type of foods? Is it the amount? Is it that you neglected your hunger-fullness cues? Is it something else entirely? Once we know why, we can work to overcome it.
Guilt can pop up at any time, for any number of reasons—don’t let it consume you.
