As a Registered Dietitian, I am passionate about helping others better understand the field of nutrition—from athletes looking to enhance their performance to individuals struggling with disordered eating to clients discovering intuitive eating. I reject the diet mentality and believe all foods can be incorporated to achieve a healthy, balanced diet.

 

 

Nutrition Counseling: Private, one-on-one counseling to address your individual needs. The initial session consists of information gathering, goal setting, and creating a plan to reach your goals. Follow-up sessions review goals that were previously set, discuss motivations and barriers to success, and establish new goals.

All sessions are offered via phone, Skype/FaceTime, or in-person if you live in the Orlando area.
